An entire head of garlic goes into the marinade for these Grilled Garlic Sirloin Skewers. After grilling to tender perfection, they get brushed with warm garlic butter before serving, creating the steak of every garlic-lover’s dreams! Sirloin makes a top choice for this recipe, but if budget allows they’re fantastic with filet or ribeye as well. -
Smoked Tri Tip Roast
Tri tip is one of my very favorite cuts of beef. It’s perfectly sized for a family dinner, and not overwhelming to cook in both size and effort. it only needs minimal seasoning and a couple hours on the smoker- and there’s no complicated steps like spritzing with liquid or brushing with sauce. Simply leave it on for a couple hours and then give it a quick sear and it’s the most perfect no-fuss summer meal that’s sure to impress! "Got to be the best Bar & grill I have ever tasted! Everything was freshly cooked, authentic and bursting with flavour! I’ll be honest and say I did feel out of place being the only non Bar & grill family eating in the restaurant. However the staff were more than welcoming and helpful with our selection on the menu.
